Chartered Entrepreneur®
The Chartered Entrepreneur CE(SA)® is the highest certification awarded to an individual by the IoCE. An individual credentialed as a CE(SA) demonstrates utmost proficiency of corporate governance principles, a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards, and their commitment to compliance with the IoCE requirements of continuous professional development.

This top individual designation is for IoCE members in good standing who have met the minimum requirements including serving as a director for at least 12 months prior to application.
